    Overpopulation is the number of people living in an area that is greater than the resources available to support that population. A country with a high population doesn't mean it is a overpopulation country.
    Underpopulation is the number of people living in an area that is less than the resources available. A country with a low population doesn't mean it is a underpopulation country.
