- He gets to sit whenever the
houses are voting on a bill.

decide what bills to
discuss.
- He gets to decide if the law is
passed or he can veto.

- President must be a natural born
citizens and must be 35 years old.
- States have the equal number of
electors as number of senators/
representatives in congress.
- Vote by
ballot for
only two
people.
- Keeping a list for whom
they voted and the
number of votes
- All this to elect a president.
- The President is sworn in
- Congress can determine
when the election takes place.
- Vice President becomes President he
cannot fullfill his duties.

- All civil officers. The
President, and Vice
President can be
impeached.
- For Bribery, Treason, and or
either Felonies.
