Young people that decide to go abroad to study is an habitual example of voluntary migration, especially when isn’t for an  economic decision (when it’s  expensive to study in their own  country) to live the experience abroad.

A compulsive migration also can be political. An example is the cuban migration to The U.S, escaping of the Castrista dictatorship. Another recent example is the venezuelan running away  the authoritarianism of the Bolivarian  revolution.

The mayority of latinos  emigrate to start a new life, with job security and higher incomes abroad,however, some of the latinos such as Venezuelans for example have expectations of return  to their countries.
