Section 2
1. The President will be Commander and Chief and the Militia of several states
  1. when called into service of the United States
2. He may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive department, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective officers
3. The President can give pardons for offense agaisn't the united states, except in impeachment cases
Section 3
1. He gets to sit whenever the houses are voting on a bill.
  1. The President can also decide what bills to discuss.
    1. He gets to decide if the law is passed or he can veto.
Section 1
1. President and Vice President 4 year term.
2. President must be a natural born citizens and must be 35 years old.
3. States have the equal number of electors as number of senators/ representatives in congress.
  1. Vote by ballot for only two people.
    1. Keeping a list for whom they voted and the number of votes
      1. All this to elect a president.
4. The President is sworn in
5. Congress can determine when the election takes place.
6. Vice President becomes President he cannot fullfill his duties.
Section 4
1. All civil officers. The President, and Vice President can be impeached.
  1. For Bribery, Treason, and or either Felonies.
