Ingredients:• Condensed milk: 1 can (s)• Butter: 2 tablespoon• Chocolate powder: 3 tablespoon • Chocolate granulado: 1 pacote• Granulated Chocolate: 1 package

How to make spoon brigadeiro

preparation

first in a small, heavy-bottomed pan, add the butter and melt over low heat.*then When the butter is melted, turn off heat. Add the condensed milk and chocolate powder. Mix  the ingredients well and then reconnect the fire..*When the mixture boil and begin to appear the first bubbles, lower the temperature of the fire to the minimum and with a silicone spatula mix constantly o brigadeiro.*Continue mixing until the brigadeiro ungluded from the bottom of the pot, it will take about 10 minutes.*Turn off the fire and transfer the brigadier for a dish of buttered.* finaly let it cool.*
