Protein rule with Enzymes	enzyme's roles are described by their shape because they are a protein. Enzymes speed up reactions, they don't change reactions.
Active Site	Like a keyhole, fits substrates into the enzyme
Substrate	replaces the reactant in reactions that have an enzyme involved.
