3. Activities can be defined, estimating possible and reliable.
4. Process more long term
5. Success measured on project goals for time, cost, scope
6. Product can't be used till project complete
7. Traditional: Fewer unknowns, project less complex

  1. Dev free to do what they want
  2. Scrum no paperwork & dev starts right away
  3. Requirements must be defined before dev can start
  4. Scrums are easy to implement even without training

  1. Devs work in productive & defined framework. Scrum master ensure they follow scrum
