some truths about disappointment
1. when answers don't meet our expectations
  1. expect results immediatley
  2. expect the Gospel to give us joy, peace, healing, etc
  3. it's not that God doesn't deliver, but we expect it now
  4. no doubt Joe saw the cupbearer as the way out!

  1. despair = when we believe God has forgotten us
  2. hope = when we believe God is faithful to us
