•  - to compare the effectiveness of adding mindfulness-based treatment to usual treatment to usual treatment alone for bipolar disorder  -

1. young mania rating scale
2. montgomery - asberg depression rating scale
3. depression anxiety rate scales
4. state trait anxiety scale

Nota:

•  - although mindfull-based CT did not increase prevention of depressive or manic episodes, it actually helped reduce comorbid anxiety disfunction.
