Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Trial of Exposure and Ritual Prevention, with OCD

•  - to test the effectiveness of a combination of SRIs, CBT exposure and ritual prevention in the treatment of OCD.

•  - the combination of ritual prevention and exposure therapy was more effective than SSRIs alone, and even when used in combination with CBT it only increaased the completion rates and not the treatment rates.
