  4. seriousness of the offence justifies imposition of life sentence
  5. MUST be imposed
2. s224A CJA 2003
  1. 2nd listed offence
    1. over 18
    2. Previous sentence condition
      1. at time of offence had already been convicted of an offence on Sch 15B AND
      2. for that offence received a sentence of life (5 years before release) or at least 10 years
    3. Sentence condition
      1. offence committed on Sch 15 B CJA
      2. Court would impose a sentence of at least 10 years
    4. MUST impose
      1. unless PARTICULAR CIRCS make it UNJUST
