CONCURRENT CONTROLS | -present oriented, intended to minimize problems as they occur -monitor on-going activities tp ensure that all aspects of performance are consistent with established standards so problems and errors can be corrected way before they become too difficult or expensive |
FEEDBACK CONTROLS | -refers to measures taken after work is completed -past oriented, intended to correct problems that have already occured EG: Performance appraisal form of employees |
