Consolidation Area continues to attract big numbers of tourists although there is a small fall in this number.
Stagnation Facilities lose their novelty over time and tourist numbers begin to thin as time continues. Facilities become old and run down.
Rejuvenation or Decline Either the tourist area uses methods to improve its facilities and make the destination even more appealing or it continues to decline with tourist businesses soon running bankrupt and few people visiting.
