| Do you remember an incidence of effective or ineffective communication which you were involved during a group meeting or discussion? | I could remember an incidence when I saw some serious mistakes which my boss had made, and tried to convince him to take corrective actions, but I was not successful in convincing him. The result was he lost his company and I changed my job. |
| Can you think of some ways to improve your communication with your family members, colleagues, and partners in business? | I think I can improve my communication with friends and relative by being a good listener to understand what other people really needs and care about, and see if I could help and support them. |
| Do you think choosing the words to use make a difference in communication? | I think choosing the right words to use in communication make a big difference between making or breaking a deal or a relationship. We should choose positive and kind words to use, and avoid using negative and unkind words at all times. |
