What is a Carbohydrate? An organic molecule containing only Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen. They are saccharides.
Glucose molecules are ________ in water? Polar/Soluble This is due to the hydrogen bonds that form between hydroxyl groups and molecules.
Why is solubility important? It means that Glucose is dissolved in the cytosine of the cell.
