Overweight

Over Fat
Is a person having more fat than recommended for their gender or age.
Obese
Is a term used to describe people who are very over fat.
Different Somatotypes
Ectomorph
Slightly built, delicate body, lean and fragile. They will have narrow shoulders and hips.
Eg. Marathon Runner
Mesomorph
'Athletic Build', so they would be muscular with a large bottom, broad shoulders and narrow hips.
Eg. 100m Sprinter
Endomorph
'Pear Drop', so they would have narrow shoulders, broad hips and carry most weight around their waist and on their hips and on their upper thighs.
Eg. Sumo Wrestler
Balanced Diet
Is the daily intake of food containing the right amounts and types of nutrients.
