  1. Muscular Endurence-Ability of the muscular system to work efficeiently for long periods of time
    1. It is needed for your muscles to keep repeating movements over and over again without getting fatigued
      1. For example a Tennis player has to keep playing the same shots over and over again throughout the match.
      2. Body Composition- Relative ratio of mass to fat-free mass in the body
        1. Mesomorph= Muscular Endomorph= Large Ectomorph= Tall/thin
        2. Flexibility-The range of movement at a joint.
          1. It is needed to prevent injury and to allow performers to reach/stretch further
            1. For example when a badminton player reaches down to hit the shuttlecock
            2. Muscular Strength- The maximum amount of force that a muscle can exert against a resistance.
              1. Measured in: Kilograms or Newtons
                1. It is important for a weightlifter to be able to lift heavy weights
                2. Speed- How fast somebody moves from point to ponit
                  1. Speed= Distance/Time
                    1. Three types of speed= Accelerative Speed, Pure Speed and Speed Endurance
                      1. For example to out pace a defender in football
                      2. Aerobic Endurance- The ability to excersice for long periods without being tired
                        1. Crdiorespiratory System: Breath in Oxygen, Nutrients are transported around the bod, removes waste CO2
                          1. You need it to keep going throught your excerise session.
