For the research element of my
coursework YouTube was a main media
outlet that I decided to use. This was
helpful when I was completing my
textual analysis on other music videos.
As a group we also used YouTube to
gain inspiration from any exisiting
music videos and also upload our draft
videos and our final product as this
was the main media outlet we decided
to use.
WEB 2.0 TOOLS
I used a variety of different Web 2.0 tools to present my
ideas on my blog to make it a lot more appealing and
interesting rather than just plain texts shown on every
post.
CANVA: I decided to use Canva as
one of my main Web 2.0 tools, this
was a great website where I could
present things on graphic cards
and poster format. It made the
information that I was presenting
look more interesting and
appealing than just having plain
text.
PREZI
EMAZE
These were presentation
software that I decided to use to
create a lot larger blog posts for
my textual and digipak analysis.
It was a lot more appealing way
to produce them they had
interesting templates and
transitions which made it much
more appealing to have on my
blog than just plain text.
POLYVORE: This is a
fashion website which
allows to make 'bords'
these are fashion mood
boards. This is really
effective website that
allows me to create my
mood boards in a
interesting and
appealing way.
GOOGLE
This was my main search
engine that I used to find out pieces for
my research, also my blogger account is
linked to my Gmail account which is
very helpful as it keeps everything
centralised.
BLOGGER
This was the main media outlet i
used to present all of my
coursework. Its a great website to
use to present my coursework, I
was able to add labels to my
work, easily order my posts by
changing the dates, embeding my
web 2.0 products making it look
much more appealing and a lot
more.
