Before you write down and commit to any goals, spend some time reflecting on the purpose or the 'Why' of what you do.This task will help you understand 'Why' you do what you do. It is essential to know this and for everyone to be in alignment in order for you to successfully deliver the 'What'. The 'Why' shapes decisions, actions, strategy, communication and culture. It is the reason the team or company exists.Split your group into manageable numbers (2-4 people) and generate as many answers as you can to the questions that follow. Spend 30 minutes on this task and then re-group to share comments and feedback. It may help you to collate your responses using one of the GoConqr tools such as a mindmap, to help facilitate your responses when you present back to the group. What is the organisations' vision?1.2.3.4.5.
