    The Influencing Subsystem
    Influencing is a critical part of manager's job. It's a primary determinant of how successful a manger will be since Management is achieving work through work of others. Influencing is done by effective leaders through influencing them to act in a certain way to achieve organizational goals. Influencing Function can be viewed as a subsystem that is part of the overall management system process. The Primary Purpose  of the influencing Subsystem is to Enhance the attainment of management system objectives by guiding the activities of organization members in appropriate directions.

    Leaders: someone who influences others and who has managerial authority leadership: The interpersonal process in which managers seeks to manipulate employees to perform tasks needed Leadership Can be seen as: The overall process of Guiding the activities  of the organization members in suitable directions to achieve the organizational goals.  To be an effective leader He or She must be an effective communicator A TrustWorthy manager is someone who lets employees know the latest news in the company. Effective Leader inspires employees and has a big effect(contribution) to  the company
