- Liquid Measuring Cups
Usually have cups and metric
(liters & milliliters) as
measurment units
- There are 3
teaspoons in a
tablespoon
- 4 T in a 1/4 cup
- Gallon = 4 quarts
Quart = 2 Pints
Pint = 4 Cups
- Use a scoop
instead of dipping
your measuring
cup in
- For sifted flour sift first then measure
- When using brown sugar
pack the sugar into the cup
- When measuring by
weight make sure it
doesn't count the bowl's
weight
