- Gallon = 4 quarts
Quart = 2 Pints
Pint = 4 Cups
- Use a scoop
instead of dipping
your measuring

- For sifted flour sift first then measure
- When using brown sugar
pack the sugar into the cup
- When measuring by
weight make sure it
doesn't count the bowl's
weight
- Baking & Cooking are a
