Healthy eating
1. eating well is important because you may acquire myriad of health issues if your diet is bad
2. a family of 4 may not be able to have a healthy diet if money is not able to be spent on healthy food
  1. that's when you have to research what meals you are eating and improve your diet
3. frozen v fresh
  1. frozen food is often less healthy than fresh
    1. frozen food lasts for actual yonks though
  2. fresh often has more nutritional value
    1. but fresh also lasts a fraction of the time that frozen food does
      1. fresh food is often more expensive than frozen food
4. Organic v processed
  1. Organic food is often more expensive
    1. organic food also goes bad faster as it has no additives
  2. processed food has basically the same attributes of frozen food (see above)
what if the family doesn't have a supermarket near then
Task: Research and plan a meal for a family of 4 with low income
what if the family does not have time to cook for hours
1. pre prepared food is often more expensive but eliminates the time spent cooking
