What is the difference between a Mental Technique, Mental Skills and Mental Qualities? And how are these related to MST? | MT- Goal-Setting, Self-Talk. MS- Arousal Control, Attentional Control. MQ- Burnout, Anxiety, Vitality, Autonomous Motivation. In MST programs we aim to teach MT, to develop the athletes MS and thus enhance there MQ's. |
