What lens would you need to fix this? | Myopia, meaning the light will fall short of the retina and therefore the eye is too long. You could have to have a negative refractory effect so use a concave lens. |

What lens would you need to fix this? | Hypermetropia, the light falls beyond the retina meaning the eye is too short. We would need a positive convex lens to fix this problem although we can also facilitate this problem by changing our internal mechanisms so our lens reduces the problem. This can lead to headaches however. |
