Safety
1. Use microwave safe dishes such as paper, plastic, glass, or microwaveable dishes
2. Do not use metal or gold/ silver dishes
3. Use potholders to avoid burns
4. Cover dishes with paper towels, wax paper, or plastic wrap
5. Never put foil or metal in microwave
6. Do not cook eggs in shells because they will explode
How it Works
1. Magnetron produces waves
2. Waves travel through a wave guide
3. Microwaves cause molecules in food to vibrate
4. Fan generates and disperses heat
5. Heating element in the back sucks air out of chamber, past heating and back to chamber
6. Heat radiates out of chamber
7. Stirrer scatters the wave in the interior of oven
8. Dipolar molecules are pulled by waves
9. Heat circulates all throughout the oven

Tips
1. Cook foods 25% faster than a coventional oven
2. Cook 25 degrees lower than you would in a conventional oven
3. Food in round containers will cook more evenly than in square containers
4. Pierce items with fork so they don't explode
5. Food can be place in any area and it will get evenly brown
6. Remove food from oven before it's fully cooked
7. Stir and turn foods
8. Covering foods in microwave can hold moisture
