What is part 1 of the McGill Pain Questionnaire? Pt marks a body part on a drawing where they are feeling the pain. Describing it as internal/external.
What is part 2 of the McGill Pain Questionnaire? Pt chooses one word from twenty categories to best describe the pain.
What is part 3 of the McGill Pain Questionnaire? Pt describes the pain pattern such as when it goes away and when it comes back.
What is part 4 of the McGill Pain Questionnaire? Pt rates the intensity based on a 0-5 scale.
What is the numerical pain scale? Scale of 0-10 where 0 is no pain and 10 is the worst pain ever.
What is the Visual analogue scale? A 10-15 cm line where the pt marks where their current pain is at. Left side being no pain and the right side being the worst pain ever.
