what are some characteristics of coal ° its burned to produce heat ° need to be removed from the ground before it produce energy ° esay to transport ° mining coal is dangerous ° burning coal causes more pollution
what are some characteristics of oil ° is thick, black, and liquid ° formed by organisms that lived in oceans ° its also called petroleum ° finding oil is difficult ° have to go through a process named refining to be used
what are some characteristics of Natural Gas ° formed by some of the same organisms as oil ° its less dense than oil ° it has large amount of energy ° its less pollutant than coal and oil ° its highly flammable and it has no odor
