RAM is the
memory of
which gets
deleted once
the computer is
turned off.
The way the RAM and ROM
differ is that the RAM has a very
short memory and will get
deleted and the ROM will keep
all of it's data after the
computer is turned off.
Volatile means that
when the computer is
shut down the memory
will not be maintained.
So the RAM is volatile.
ROM stands for Read, Only, Memory.
ROM is the
memory of which
stays on the
computer after it
has been turned
off.
The dynamic RAM is when the memory is constantly refreshing or it will lose its content. Static RAM is faster and less volatile.
