  1. What do they stand for?
    1. RAM: Random Access Memory
      1. ROM: Read Only Memory
      2. What type of memory are they?
        1. ROM cannot be deleted. When something is stored on a ROM chip it can only be read and will keep the memory even when the computer is turned off. This means it is nonvolatile
          1. RAM is a type of memory that is accessed randomly. RAM is the most common type of memory found in computers and other devices like printers. RAM chips only contain memory when the computer is turned on.
          2. What does "volatile" mean?
            1. Volatile is memory that needs power to maintain information
