And an important difference...

We say MUSIC when we are talking about music in general.(Nós dizemos "MUSIC" quando estamos falando de música em geral.)

But we say SONG if we are talking about a specific piece of music, like "Hey Jude" or "What Makes You Beautiful", for example.(Mas nós dizemos "SONG" se estivermos falando de uma música específica, como "Hey Jude" ou "What Makes You Beautiful", por exemplo.
