Annotations:
Good balance is done by getting feet shoulder width apart. It is important that feet are not to close together or too far apart. The first picture is a good example of having feet shoulder width apart.
3. EYES
Annotations:
Eyes should be focused on the goal.
2. ELBOW
Annotations:
-You want your arm shaped like the letter L.
-You also want your "L shaped" arm to be as straight as possible and aimed at the basket.
4. FOLLOW THROUGH
Annotations:
Follow through on your jump shot should look like you have your hand in the cookie jar on the top shelf.
5. FOLLOW YOUR SHOT
Annotations:
-Following your shot means you are chasing your shot for the rebound.
-As the shooter you have the best idea of where the ball is going, this gives you a good chance to get the rebound on missed shots.
