What are obese people more likely to suffer from? Arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease
In what ways can you lose weight? 1. Reduce the amount of energy taken in by cutting back on the food intake 2. Increase the amount of energy used by exercising
What does 'LDL' stand for and what is it ? Low-density lipoprotein, known as the 'bad' cholesterol, and raised levels of LDL increase chances of heart problems
What does 'HDL' stand for and what is it? High-density lipoprotein known as the 'good' cholesterol, which reduces the chances of heart disease
