  1. 1.Balance

    Anotações:

    • Good balance is done by getting feet shoulder width apart. It is important that feet are not to close together or too far apart.  The first picture is a good example of having feet shoulder width apart.    
    1. 3. EYES

      Anotações:

      • Eyes should be focused on the goal. 
      1. 2. ELBOW

        Anotações:

        • -You want your arm shaped like the letter L.  -You also want your "L shaped" arm to be as straight as possible and aimed at the basket. 
        1. 4. FOLLOW THROUGH

          Anotações:

          • Follow through on your jump shot should look like you have your hand in the cookie jar on the top shelf. 
          1. 5. FOLLOW YOUR SHOT

            Anotações:

            • -Following your shot means you are chasing your shot for the rebound.   -As the shooter you have the best idea of where the ball is going, this gives you a good chance to get the rebound on missed shots.
