  1. Aerobic endurance
    1. The ability of the cardiorespiratory system to work efficiently, supplying nutrients and oxygen to working muscles
      1. Marathon runners need it to ensure they can run over a long distance
      2. Muscular endurance
        1. Ability of the muscular system to work efficiently, where a muscle can continue contracting continuously against a light to moderate fixed resistance load
        2. Flexibility
          1. Ability to move all joints through their full range of movement smoothly
            1. Determined by how elastic the ligaments and tendons are at a joint,how strong the muscles are that pull against the joint and the shape of the bones that form the joint.
            2. Speed
              1. How long it takes for an individual or an object to travel a certain distance, the faster something moves the greater its speed
