Components Of Physical Fitness
  1. Cardiovascular Fitness, is the ability of the heart, bloodcells and lungs to supply oxygen-rich blood to the working muscle tissues and the ability of the muscles to use oxygen to produce energy for movement
    1. e.g. running long distances
    2. Muscular Endurance is the ability to move your body or an object repeatedly without getting tired.
      1. For most activities, you use both muscular strength and endurance
      2. Speed, the rate at which somone or somthing moves or operates or is able to move or operate.
        1. e.g. Cycling or Swimming
        2. Power, the ability to excert a maximal force in as short a time as possible, as in accelerating, jumping and throwing implements. while strength is the maximal force you can apply against a load, power is proportional to the speed at which you can apply this maximal force
          1. e.g. . Jumping or The Start of a sprint
            1. Power= Speed x Strength
          2. Aerobic Endurance, is the ability to exercerise continuously for extended periods without fatigue
            1. Repetative, moderate to high intensity movement for a prolonged period of time.
            2. Body Composition, In physical fitness, body composition is used to describe the percentages of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies.
              1. Because muscular tissue takes up less space in our body than fat tissue, our body composition, as well as our weight, determines leanness
              2. Muscular Strength, is defined as the maximum amount of force that a muscle can excert against some form of resistance in single effort.
                1. Holding or restraining an object or person
                2. Flexibility, the capacity of a joint or muscle to move through its full range of motion.
                  1. Flexibility is specific to a particular movement or joints, and the degree of flexibility can vary around the body.
